Just Wanted to Say
Many of society's biggest changes have begun with young people refusing to accept the status quo. The images coming out of India this past week have been difficult to ignore. Streets filled with protesters, emotions running high, and a nation once again debating issues that matter deeply to its people. Democracy is at its noisiest when citizens feel compelled to make themselves heard.
Meanwhile, the VFS saga finally seems like it’s coming to a close.
It’s been a busy ten days for us, one big story rolling straight into the next. If it’s felt like a whirlwind from your end, imagine ours. A massive shout-out to the Indian Link team – Pawan Luthra, Torrsha Sen, Harini Sridhar, Apoorva Tandon and Lakshmi Ganapathy – who’ve been pulling odd hours, chasing updates and making sense of it all. Something tells me we’re not out of the woods just yet.
